Conflakes almond cruncy

Bhn A
220gm @ 1 1/2 cwn + 1/4 cwn tpg red rose...Q pakai tepung gandum
25 gm@ 1/4 cwn tpg jagung
1/2 sb emplex..Q ganti dgn 1sb tepung beras
1/4 baking powder...Q letak 1 sk
Ayak bhn A

Bhn B
250 gm butter
90 gm @ 1/2 cwn + 2sb gula perang

Bhn c
1 kuning telor
1 sk esen vanila
Sedikit pewarna kuning

Bhn D
1 sb @10 gm susu tpg
1 cwn@40 gm conflakes diramas
100 gm almond slice disangai

Bhn E
Conflakes secukupnya...diramas

Cara:

Pukul bhn B...masuk bhn C...masuk bhn A..kaub balik je...masuk bhn D...gaul rata...wrap kan adunan dgn plastik dan simpan peti ais 30 minit...

Kluarkan doh..bolehlah bentuk biskut td dan golekkan didlm conflakes yg telah diramas...tekan dgn garfu utk leperkan adunan..alas loyang dgn kertas minyak..bila dah masak alihkan terus kertas bersama biskut dr loyang..biarkan sejuk dan bolehlah simpan

Suhu oven 150" masak selama 12 minit...ini ikut suhu oven Q..
